Frequently asked questions
Is this an online valuation?
No. The app only gathers information. The value is determined after an on-site visit, in a written report.
How much does a valuation cost?
Marc Kreitz tells you his fee before the visit, without obligation.
Which documents are needed?
Ideally the cadastral extract and plan, the energy certificate and floor plans. Anything missing can be sent later.
What happens to my data?
It is stored on our servers in Luxembourg, used only for your valuation and deleted after 24 months at the latest.
In which languages?
The app and our support are available in French, German, Luxembourgish, English, Italian and Portuguese.
Delete my data
To have your file and all related data deleted, send an email with your file number. We confirm the deletion in writing.
