Contact details (name, email, phone), the reason for the valuation and your situation (e.g. agreement of the parties, notary, lawyer), address and key facts of the property, the documents and photos you add, LiDAR measurements and orientation, and GPS location if you use the compass. Technically: IP address and device type when sending.
Purposes and legal basis
Preparing and carrying out the valuation of your property, contacting you and arranging the visit (pre-contractual measures and contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) based on the consent you give in the app (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Recipients
Your data is stored on our servers in Luxembourg and processed only by Marc Kreitz for your valuation. An artificial intelligence service may be used to read documents (e.g. the cadastral extract); documents are not used to train that service. No data is sold or shared for advertising.
Retention
Files are deleted no later than 24 months after sending, unless a legal retention obligation applies (e.g. if a mandate is signed). Unsent drafts remain only on your phone.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to hello@kreitzexpertise.lu with your file number. You may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), cnpd.lu.
Security
Encrypted transfer (HTTPS), access only with a token unique to each file, files stored outside public access.
